Founded by the elder Peter Pietzak in 1980 as a building and property management service provider, the company then known as PPI has progressively expanded its business to include the leasing and sale of apartments, houses, land parcels and commercial properties, and all the associated responsibilities of a real estate broker. Over time, the “pre-owned building” business developed into a primary focus, in particular project development / large property partitions in and around Munich.
